Granting of support and contributions to the 'Personalfürsorgestiftung der Firma Sigrist & Büchi AG', based in Bern, as well as to its beneficiaries, etc. Occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company and undertakings that are financially or economically closely linked to the founder company, by providing support and benefits: to the employee in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment affecting him personally; to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability affecting his spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom he is responsible; in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, divorced spouse and persons for whom he was responsible for maintenance at the time of his death; and, in the absence of such persons, to his legal heirs, provided that it concerns the capital accumulated from the employee's own contributions or the corresponding equivalent value. The foundation may also make contributions, in accordance with Art. 331 para. 3 OR, from previously accumulated and separately disclosed funds to other tax-exempt pension institutions that the founder company has joined or established itself.
