To provide to all physical or legal persons engaged in real estate activities, particularly in construction and real estate development, all missions, even partial, of financial or technical engineering, management, consulting, assistance and coordination during both the preliminary phases of studies and research and the periods of construction and sale of buildings; all in the fields of urban planning, environment, building, civil engineering, infrastructure and industry; to carry out all transactions, marketing of equipment and materials in the fields of industry and construction; to participate in all operations that may relate to its purpose through the creation of new companies, subscription or purchase of securities or social rights, merger, association in participation or otherwise (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
