The company's purposes are: a) the operation of amusement parks and karting tracks, as well as the creation of all sports and leisure activities, of any nature; b) the purchase, sale, import, export, manufacture, transformation, production and marketing of all products, of any material, related to games, technical, mechanical and electrical equipment or leisure in general; c) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; d) the creation of branches or subsidiaries; e) participation, acquisition or merger with other companies pursuing identical or similar purposes; f) granting loans or advances to its shareholders or third parties, guaranteeing loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guaranteeing such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, as well as subscribing to any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
