To ensure the employees of the Founder against the economic consequences of retirement, disability and death, by guaranteeing benefits fixed by regulatory means. May also extend its activity to the staff of companies financially or economically closely linked to the Founder, provided that the rights of the Founder's staff are not harmed, and that each linked company provides the Pension Fund with the necessary financial means to insure its own staff. If applicable, agreements will be concluded with the linked company or with a foundation created by it; they will also fix the provisions applicable in the event of extinction of the links between the linked company and the Founder.
