Occupational pension provision, within the framework of the LPP and its ordinances, in favor of the employees of The Swatch Group SA (hereinafter: Swatch Group) Swiss companies, as well as in favor of their dependents and survivors in the event of retirement, death and disability; the foundation may go beyond the minimum legal requirements; by decision of the foundation board and in agreement with the General Management of Swatch Group, the foundation may also extend its activity to the staff of other Swiss companies financially or economically closely related to Swatch Group, provided that the said companies pay the necessary financial resources to the foundation; the extension to a related company takes place on the basis of a written affiliation agreement, which will be communicated to the supervisory authority; to achieve its purpose, or part of its purposes, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or join existing contracts; if necessary, it will also be the policyholder and beneficiary.
