To protect the personnel of Zenith, a branch of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA, as well as their dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, disability, and death, by providing benefits as determined by regulatory provisions. Through the conclusion of ad hoc agreements with other companies economically or financially closely related to Zenith, a branch of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA, C.R.Z. may also provide benefits to the personnel of these companies, provided that the necessary financial means are paid by these companies and their personnel. The foundation may not assume obligations that, by law or contract, are incumbent on Zenith, a branch of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA. The foundation's payments may not consist of benefits such as bonuses or other salary supplements.
