The Foundation is established with the aim of assisting active, retired, and disabled employees and workers of the Cercle des Agriculteurs de Genève and its surroundings, as well as their families and survivors, in cases of retirement, death, disability, illness, accident, unemployment, distress situations, or for measures of training and continuing education, work-life balance, as well as health promotion and prevention. The Foundation can also contribute to the financing of other pension institutions for the benefit of the staff. The Foundation cannot assume obligations that, legally, fall to the Founder, nor can it provide benefits that have the character of remuneration for work.
