The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes. The purpose of the association is to promote and create low-threshold employment opportunities for people with limited access to the primary job market. The focus is on:
a. Vocational training for people with health, mental, or social limitations;
b. Reintegration into the job market after illness, accident, or psychosocial stress;
c. Provision of sheltered workplaces;
d. Promotion of social integration through meaningful occupation.
To achieve the purposes of vocational training and social integration, the association offers, among other things:
a. Sale of gifts, flowers, and plants (e.g., in its own shop);
b. Operation of a café with small meals and take-away offers;
c. Further low-threshold employment opportunities in protected structures;
d. Vocational support and socio-pedagogical care;
e. Collaboration with social services, disability insurance offices, regional employment centers, foundations, and others.
