(a) granting guarantees in favor of creditors of bond loans issued by the majority shareholder of the company or by companies of the majority shareholder's group, whether such guarantees are adequately remunerated or not; these guarantees are granted on the basis of guarantee mandate contracts with the issuer of the relevant bonds; (b) providing financing assistance, credit guarantees or other interventions in favor of its majority shareholder or companies of the majority shareholder's group, whether remunerated or not; (c) acquiring, holding, conserving, realizing and selling mortgage claims (including mortgage certificates and other securities established for these mortgage claims, as well as other accessory or related claims) which are transferred to the company as security for its claims under guarantee mandate contracts and other related contracts, as well as managing and allocating the corresponding proceeds; (d) participating in a system and concluding contracts (including, but not limited to, participation or deposit contracts) in order to participate in a system allowing the fiduciary transfer of registered mortgage certificates to a fiduciary manager as well as holding and transferring fiduciary rights to registered mortgage certificates among system participants; (e) fulfilling obligations arising from contracts entered into by the company with its majority shareholder, companies of the majority shareholder's group or third parties, which it has concluded or will conclude in connection with the transactions mentioned in letters (a)-(d) above, and concluding such contracts independently of adequate consideration; and (f) providing liquidity in order to fulfill obligations towards creditors of bond loans issued by its majority shareholder or companies of the majority shareholder's group, or towards third parties arising from contracts related to the transactions mentioned in letters (a)-(e) above, by concluding repurchase transactions with the majority shareholder or third parties (cf. articles of association for full purpose).
