The purposes of the foundation are: a. Primarily to support beneficiaries who have fallen into a situation of need; If this situation of need is due to their own irresponsible behavior, support shall be limited to the bare essentials; In particular, situations of need shall be deemed to include illness, disability, and inability to work; b. Furthermore, if the foundation's resources are not fully utilized for the purpose mentioned in lit. a, it shall, to a large extent, cover the costs of vocational training and further education for beneficiaries. Beneficiaries may be granted suitable contributions to their equipment (in particular, dowry) upon marriage; c. If, after providing support in accordance with lit. a and b, there are still available returns, the following services may be provided to beneficiaries: 1. Provision of medically recommended spa and recreational stays; 2. Creation and maintenance of suitable housing for beneficiaries, which may be made available to them - depending on their economic distress - without charge or at a reduced rent; 3. Financing of family reunions and family historical research; 4. Provision of contributions to scientific, cultural, or political works; 5. Creation and financing of family registers.
