The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire similar or related companies or merge with them, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company, or that are directly or indirectly related to it, except in Switzerland with regard to companies or businesses that are subject to the licensing requirement under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
