The acquisition, sale, management and control of interests in companies whose purpose is the acquisition, sale, management and control of real estate used exclusively for commercial purposes in Switzerland and any type of real estate abroad; the acquisition of interests in companies based in Switzerland and abroad, with regard to real estate interests in Switzerland, these will be limited to an exclusively commercial use, in accordance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) (see articles of association for full purpose).
