The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding and management of participations in all forms in all commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of any operation contrary to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches; in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans to its shareholders or third parties; guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties; secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
