The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the field of real estate, in particular the purchase, holding, administration, management, development, construction and sale of properties and real estate projects. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity related directly or indirectly to its purpose, - grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, - secure these loans by issuing mortgages and bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
