The purpose of the company is the planning and organization of further and continuing education, consulting for associations, federations, companies and scientific societies in the field of further and continuing education as well as the acquisition, holding and management of participations. The company may acquire, exploit, manage and dispose of intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches at home and abroad and, in addition, carry out all legal acts that the purpose of the company may entail or that are suitable for promoting its development or that of group companies.
