The purpose of the company is the acquisition, trading, holding, development and management of properties, residential property and land in Switzerland and abroad. The company may participate in other companies. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect partner companies and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, either for consideration or free of charge, enter into indemnification obligations or subordination agreements in favor of such companies, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, either for consideration or free of charge, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind.
