The company may carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may grant loans to its associates or third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by its associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, as well as pledge its assets to secure any claim. It may buy and sell all real estate (cf. articles of association for full purpose).
