The company's purposes are: the creation, development, and maintenance of gardens, outdoor spaces, recreational areas, play areas, and sports facilities; the trade of trees and all plant species; logging work, chainsaw craftsmanship; the trade of firewood; snow clearing. It may also acquire and manage shares, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, in commercial or industrial companies based in Switzerland or abroad, through the purchase of shares, bonds, stakes, holding of claims, or any other adequate form, as well as the acquisition of patents and trademarks. It may carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose.
