The company's purpose is to operate a heating/sanitary and renovation business as well as the import and export of all related materials. The company may, in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad, as well as all commercial activities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may create branches in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it.
