The company's purpose is to carry out, both in Switzerland and abroad, for its own account as well as for the account of third parties, all operations such as the purchase, sale, management, promotion, construction, transformation, and renovation of real estate, while respecting the provisions of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, acquire, manage, and dispose of properties, carry out all operations, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
