The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of interests in all types of companies and businesses, as well as the financing of companies and businesses, with the proviso that in the case of interests in real estate companies in Switzerland, these will be limited to companies whose properties are used exclusively for commercial purposes; all holding activities, in particular the management of the group consisting of the company, subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries, namely the definition, implementation, management and strategic monitoring of the group, as well as all decisions on orientation and general policy that commit the group and define the group's policy, which the governing bodies of the subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries must respect, and actively participating in the conduct of policy and control of subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries; providing and performing, for the benefit of the group's subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries, as well as all specific services of any kind, in particular administrative, commercial, strategic, legal, accounting, financial or real estate services. The company may also, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose; grant loans or any other form of financing, as well as provide guarantees of any kind for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets.
