The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of participations in all forms in all companies in Switzerland or abroad, any activity in the real estate sector, in particular the purchase, sale and administration of real estate on behalf of the group, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE, RS 211.412.41), as well as the holding of trademarks and the management of corresponding rights. It is also active in providing services in the fields of administration and financing and provides advice in the fields of industry and renewable energy. The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and may conduct all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by its shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge its assets to secure any claim. It may also act as a trustee.
