The company's purpose is the purchase, holding, sale, rental and administration of real estate. The company may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to this purpose, as well as all operations that may favor the purpose and interest of the company. Furthermore, the company may, in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, acquire participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding transactions subject to authorization under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LF AIE)) directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, in particular, when permitted by law, acquire, manage, operate and sell real estate; grant loans or any other form of financing, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets.
