The company's purpose, alone or in partnership, is:
a. Advisory services and management of programs, provision of services and assistance in the fields of eHealth (digital health) and connected health;
b. Development, industrialization and marketing of wellness and medical equipment, particularly in the form of intelligent and connected textiles associated with applications and web services allowing access to health data and indicators managed by the company;
c. Subject to the operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners, all operations of taking or ceding shares, holding, management of companies, active management of all subsidiaries or participations, in particular by providing services of direction, strategy, administrative tasks, financial management, financial control, training, studies and consulting in all forms, in particular in the fields of marketing, commercial and communication;
d. All of the above, directly or indirectly, for its own account or for the account of third parties, either alone or with third parties, by way of creation of new companies, contribution, partnership, subscription, purchase of shares or social rights, merger, alliance, joint venture or taking or giving in pledge or management of all assets or rights, or otherwise;
e. And generally, all financial, commercial, industrial, civil, real estate or movable operations that may be directly or indirectly related to one of the specified purposes or to any similar, connected or complementary purpose.
