The company's purpose is to engage, in Switzerland and abroad, in the purchase, sale, leasing, chartering, and financing of vessels of all kinds, either in its own name or on behalf of third parties; maritime brokerage activities, including the brokerage of chartering, sale, and purchase of vessels, as well as the negotiation of contracts related to the maritime transport of goods; the provision of advisory, intermediation, market analysis, and technical expertise services in the field of maritime transport and maritime logistics operations; the participation in other Swiss or foreign companies, as well as all operations directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property operations (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its partners and/or guarantee, endorse, or stand surety for loans granted by third parties to its partners.
