The purpose of the company is to operate an outpatient interdisciplinary surgical medical practice for general and visceral surgery, specifically tumor, obesity, endocrine, and pelvic floor surgery. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad and invest in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, and sell real estate. The company may engage in all commercial, financial, or other transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing, with or without compensation, to its direct or indirect parent companies and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide securities of all kinds for the liabilities of such group companies, including guarantees, pledges, and fiduciary transfers of the company's assets. In addition, it may conduct or participate in liquidity equalizations/net liquidity centralizations (cash pooling), including periodic balance adjustments, with group companies, either without consideration, on preferential terms, interest-free, excluding the company's profit-making intent, and assuming clumping risks.
