The foundation aims to provide material support to employees employed by members of CHOCOSUISSE, Association of Swiss Chocolate Manufacturers, and subject to the respective collective employment agreement in force, as well as to food technologist apprentices. The following benefits are the subject of this support: grants to alleviate the economic consequences of old age, illness, accident, disability and death, provided that those affected do not receive sufficient benefits from state or private welfare institutions; benefits of any kind for the vocational training and further education of such employees and apprentices, regardless of whether this vocational training and further education is organized by a member of CHOCOSUISSE or a contracting party to the collective employment agreement; this includes, in particular, the procurement of teaching materials, the establishment of training centers, etc.
