Cicor Microtech AG manufactures thin-film circuits on rigid and flexible substrates and carries out microelectronic processes such as lithography, sputtering, evaporation, etching and electroplating. The site performs laser drilling and contouring, high-resolution multilayer production (10 μm), resistor formation and singulation in ISO class 7–6 clean rooms and works with materials including Al2O3, AlN, LCP, polyimide, glass, sapphire and quartz.
