The Company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial and commercial activities in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders. The Company may participate in group financing transactions, in particular by granting loans to its direct or indirect partners or to other group companies, or by granting guarantees or other securities of any kind for their commitments to third parties, even if the loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of the Company's direct or indirect partners or other group companies or if they are provided free of charge.
