The purpose of the Company is: the valorization of unused paints by reconditioning, transformation or reuse; any activity promoting the circular economy in the paint industry. The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, take participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding transactions subject to the authorization regime under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE)) directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, in particular, when permitted by law, acquire, manage, operate and sell real estate; in summary, the real estate company may carry out all real estate transactions; grant loans or any other form of financing, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
