The company's purpose is to engage in all activities related to the real estate sector (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE): taking participations in real estate projects, acquiring, constructing, holding and managing real estate related to consulting and brokerage activities, as well as acquiring, renovating, selling or renting collection and racing vehicles. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, merge with them, in general, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial, industrial or mobile activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
