The purpose of the company in Switzerland and/or abroad is: (i) to acquire, manage and dispose of participations and to make all investments in companies operating in all sectors, with the exception of companies operating in the real estate sector in Switzerland pursuant to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG); (ii) to register, acquire, hold and sell patents and/or intellectual property rights (trademarks) as well as to acquire, hold and grant licenses; (iii) to grant loans and/or other financing to one or more shareholders, companies of the group to which the company belongs, and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, provided that this serves the interests of the company; (iv) to provide guarantees and/or other forms of security for one or more shareholders, companies of the group to which the company belongs, and/or one or more third parties to guarantee the obligations and/or liabilities of one or more shareholders, companies of the group to which the company belongs, and/or one or more third parties, provided that this serves the interests of the company.
