The core activity of Climatch is the decarbonization of real estate and areas through the implementation of integrated energy solutions, such as fossil-free heat and cooling solutions, photovoltaics and e-mobility, as well as the provision of data-driven tools for decarbonization planning and optimization. The goal is to reduce CO2 emissions, energy consumption and operating costs in the long term and create climate-neutral real estate portfolios.
