Within the framework of a joint action and for the benefit of its members, to operate, in complete political and denominational neutrality, historical infrastructures: vernacular, medieval, Renaissance or other, be they castles, defense towers, country or urban houses, villages, any type of buildings and spaces of historical architecture and transportable infrastructures. The operation is carried out while respecting and enhancing the original characteristics of the assets, saving energy and raw materials, and preserving the natural or urban historical environment. The cooperative provides services in Switzerland and abroad in the fields of housing, hospitality, catering, cultural exhibitions, events, and transportable infrastructures. To this end, the cooperative makes historical infrastructures available, used against payment, as an ecological and economic alternative to individual ownership. It can also offer the use of other assets and services against payment with the same objective. The cooperative can buy, sell, take or lease and rent or sublet any type of buildings and spaces of historical architecture, transportable infrastructures and other assets as long as the realization of the purpose requires it. Castles, defense towers, country houses, villages and any type of buildings and spaces of historical architecture and other assets can also be used by non-members under special conditions, granted according to the organizational and financial regulations. The cooperative can carry out all commercial, financial, asset management and other activities related to its purpose or adapted to the realization of this purpose. The cooperative can acquire, encumber, hold and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad. The cooperative can create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It can also take participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad.
