The company may: engage in all financial, commercial or industrial activities, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties in the interest of the company; establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose or take an interest by way of contribution, merger, subscription, financial intervention or by any other means, in all companies, associations or enterprises having in whole or in part a similar or related purpose to its own or likely to directly or indirectly promote its expansion and development.
