The core activity of CO13 is the professional and social integration of people in need of support. The company offers various programs and services to support these individuals in an economically relevant environment and enable them to find a job on the primary labor market and achieve financial independence. This includes, among other things: vocational preparation and training (e.g. MyWay, Lernhaus, Start), accompanied workplaces and coaching, integration into various industries (e.g. office services, janitorial services, bicycle shop, bistro, boutique), and vocational education and training (e.g. bicycle mechanics).
