The company's purpose is to engage in asset management activities in accordance with Article 19, paragraph 1 of the FINIG, as well as to provide treasury services to group companies and third parties. The company may, in particular, grant or receive loans or other financings to or from other group companies or third parties, including their direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not, to the extent that such activities do not require a license under the Banking Act, as a fund manager or as a securities firm within the meaning of the FINIG. The company may establish and acquire branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate. Furthermore, it may acquire, manage and sell participations in domestic and foreign companies of any kind.
