The purpose of the company is: any activity related to the provision and rental of commercial premises as well as the domiciliation of companies; any activity in the fields of publishing and training; as an accessory, the execution of all commercial and financial operations in direct or indirect connection with the above-mentioned purposes, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form whatsoever, to its associates or to third parties.
