COMMON ASSOCIATION

The purpose of the association is to directly and indirectly promote, develop and support the open-source blockchain protocol Common and the surrounding community and ecosystem. The association may take any necessary and suitable measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose, plan and implement initiatives, and participate in initiatives of other organizations, financially or otherwise, or support other organizations or individuals financially or otherwise, provided that all these activities serve the purpose of the association. The association may develop, deploy and operate technologies and applications related to its purpose. The association may also accept donations from third parties and act as a trustee in pursuit of its purpose. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit.
