The company may engage in any industrial, commercial, financial and other activities, carry out transactions and enter into legal transactions domestically and abroad, which are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company or are suitable for facilitating or promoting its achievement and/or the development of the company. Consequently, the company may in particular establish, set up, dissolve or liquidate companies of any kind, branches and other representations in any form domestically and abroad, participate in other companies of any kind domestically and abroad, merge with other companies of any kind, take over other companies of any kind or dispose of the participation in other companies.
