The company's purpose is any activity in the fields of heating, sanitation and ventilation, in particular the installation of boilers of all types and ventilation systems, the installation of solar panels and heat pumps, as well as the assembly, maintenance and repair thereof. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its members and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by members and third parties, secure these loans by issuing pledges and mortgage certificates or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
