The company's purpose is to prepare, finance and carry out all real estate transactions in general, in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), i.e. the purchase, holding, sale, brokerage, exchange, rental, construction, financing, development, management and/or administration of buildings or land, with or without accessories, or the realization and/or participation in all real estate promotions, as well as the management of sports facilities and the purchase of related equipment. It may carry out all financial and commercial operations or others related to its activity, as well as all operations likely to promote its purpose and interest. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies.
