The company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad and may participate in any undertaking having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, build, manage or sell buildings and land in Switzerland (excluding all operations subject to LFAIE) as well as abroad.
