The cooperative company intends to pursue its goals through: the promotion of community activities in Landarenca; the purchase of building land and surface rights, the purchase of houses to be renovated in a suitable manner for use as dwellings or for commercial activities; the construction of new buildings, the suitable maintenance of real estate; the possible application for the concession of public aid for the promotion of projects according to federal and cantonal legislation; the management and rental of dwellings owned by the company; the construction of real estate for sale, also in the form of condominium ownership or surface rights. The activity of the cooperative company is of a community and non-profit nature. The cooperative company may participate in other companies or organizations with a similar purpose. The company operates in or for the Landarenca district and in the Calanca Valley region.
