Subject to any other mandatory provisions, CoopRoss cooperative society (hereinafter: the cooperative) aims to federate its members so that, through joint action, it supports the energy transition and carbon neutrality of the municipality of Rossinière as a privileged partner of InfraRoss SA, respectively the municipal authorities of Rossinière, and thus participate in the development of sustainable projects, promoting the economic interests of its members with a view to purchasing energy at cost price. To achieve its purpose, CoopRoss cooperative society will hold a stake in the share capital of InfraRoss SA, whose purpose is to provide public services to the inhabitants of the municipality of Rossinière and its surroundings, with the aim of achieving a local energy transition and carbon neutrality.
