The company's purpose is: a) to operate a business for the inspection and certification of all electrical, electrical engineering and telecommunications installations carried out by third parties; b) to purchase, sell, import, export, represent, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, and to market, in general, any goods and any manufactured or semi-finished products in the fields of electricity, electrical engineering, communications and lighting, including the installation of any equipment directly or indirectly related to these fields; c) all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA), whether movable or immovable, except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; d) to acquire interests in any Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as to establish branches; e) to grant loans or advances to its associates or third parties, to guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, to secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage certificates or other securities, and to subscribe to any other financial commitment. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
