The purpose of the company is to engage in activities as a trustee in accordance with Art. 17 para. 2 FlNIG. It may carry out all commercial, financial and other activities related to its purpose and is subject to the relevant state supervision. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as grant guarantees and sureties for affiliated companies and third parties.
