The company's purpose is to carry out all activities in the field of real estate, including in particular the purchase, sale, rental, promotion, construction, holding, brokerage, development and all other forms of activity or exploitation of all real estate properties, in Switzerland and abroad (except for real estate transactions contrary to the LFAIE). The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, take participations or manage participations in other companies, operate a total construction business, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, merge with such companies, carry out all commercial and financial activities, make all transactions and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly, both in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
