The company also has the purpose of carrying out all operations related to the activity of a general and total enterprise, including the establishment of plans, projects, direction and supervision of construction work. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, any other activities of any nature, in particular financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property activities, converging with its main purpose, with the exception of properties subject to the LFAIE, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may also participate in any company, acquire or pay fees and commissions, negotiate and execute various contracts or commissions in different countries.
