The company's purpose is to provide legal services exclusively to its parent company, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of the District of Columbia, United States of America, whose purpose is to provide legal services to its clients. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad.
